We have also grown our own internal project management office (PMO) specifically to ensure the quality, visibility and consistency of delivery to all our clients. Our PMO is involved from project inception to project close-out, providing standardised processes and documentation around project initiation, planning, reporting and training. The office also supports our project managers and our clients alike,through on-site visits, workshops and quality assurance. This is combined with weekly progress evaluation and risk logs and, if appropriate, we arrange for additional expertise to be drafted onto projects to overcome any issues and avoid delays.
